What is counselling?

Most of us experience times when things get on top of us. Whatever the cause, it can help to talk to someone who has the time to listen and who is completely outside the situation.

What is The Bridge?

The Bridge is a team of trained counsellors with a broad range of life experiences and backgrounds, who can provide counselling using different models and approaches.

We are an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and work within its professional ethical framework.

See www.bacp.co.uk for more details.
